With the members back today Martiny said that he will be checking each of them to see who will be active in this matter. Martiny indicated that Representative Hanley as well as Chairman Dulski has written to Chairman Celler, of the Judiciary Committee . In effect, Representative Hanley's letter notes general agreement with the exception of inclusion of the security agencies under the bill. Martiny said he did anticipate that the bill will go to conference as soon as the Senate appoints conferees and that Chairman Celler will maintain the House position requested by Chairman Dulski in opposition to the Ervin amendment. 2.
