Services Committee staff, a paper which he had asked Mr. George Carver
to review.
9. Left with Miss Lynn Feeney, on the staff of
Representative Lawrence J. Hogan (R., Md.), a copy of the China Atlas which
she had requested.
10. Mr. Conrad Philos, Chief, Legis-
lative Relief, U. S. Army, called to learn our views on the enrolled bill for
I nd concluded that their views to the Office
o management and Budget on is subject would defer to our position.
11. Spoke to Tom Hart, Consultant,
Labor Subcommittee, House Education and Labor Committee, and he told
me that Senator Jacob Javits (R. , N. Y.) had moved to insert in the conference
report on S. 2515, Equal Employment Opportunities Enforcement Act, the
language we had agreed to yesterday and that there was no objection from any
of the conferees. Mr. Hart said that he hoped that they would have the 25X1A
conference report available within the next day or so.
