Colonel White agreed with him that if this amendment is enacted for Civil
Service retirees the CIA Retirement Act should be changed accordingly.
He said Colonel White would like us to explore the possibility of an
amendment to the CIARDS in the Civil Service legislation. I told him we
would check on this again.
