Peter Dominick is planning to intro-
duce, probably tomorrow, an amendment to
strike Section 515 of the Foreign Assistance
Act which would cut off funding of the Thai
irregulars in Laos. We would appreciate any
help you can give us--I think Peter might
welcome cosponsors. I believe the attached
material is self-explanatory but if you have
