3. In order to protect this Agency in the future from any possible suit
related to the Consent Decree, the following clause will be inserted in all
contracts:
CERTIFICATION OF NONVIOLATION
The contractor hereby certifies by being a signatory and party to
this contract that performance hereunder is not violative of any provi-
sion of the Consent Decree rendered in United States District Court
for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Civil, No. Civ-69-162. The
contractor further certifies that nothing undertaken pursuant to the
terms of the subject contract is, or will be, violative of said Consent
Decree.
