1. The Board convened at 1000 hours to review the following cases:

2, This was a request for addi-
tional funds in the amount of and a time extension through 25X1
15 March 1972. After full consideration of presentation, 25X1
the Board recommended the docket to the Director of Logistics for approval.
3. The key points of the presentation were:
a. Twenty-eight months have elapsed during which the con-
tractor has solved the first goal and is well on its way to
solving the second goal. Termination for convenience at this
point would negate the work to date. The Contracting Officer
recommends adding more funds and granting a time extension.
b. The Contracting Officer feels 0 financial difficulties 25X1
are now under control due to personnel changes; but intends. to
