1. General: Mission C267C (Canned Route 1049) was 25X1
alerted at the Project Headquarters 20002, 18 August 1967,
weather briefing. This flight was scheduled as a round-robin 25X1
sortie to depart 20 August

7. Photo Quality Analysis:
a. Film quality was rated good. Discrepancies
reported were:
(1) Several metering malfunctions at mode
changes. This is considered normal by the camera
manufacturer.
(2) High obliques were a little fuzzy.
(3) Splice broke at tail.
(4) Approximately 12 frames of handling marks.
b. The Immediate Photo Interpretation Report (IPIR)

fair to poor with 70% cloud cover. Photography was obtained
of 31 targets. Breakdown was five good, 9 fair and 17 poor.
All photographs were obliques ranging from 14 to 42 NM out
from the aircraft. The good pictures were in clear weather
14-24 NM out, however, ten other targets in clear weather
were rated poor or fair from 18-42 NM away. Cloud cover
was a definite factor in obtaining interpretable photos
for the remaining targets. The "H" configuration operated
satisfactorily although there were slight pitch and roll
,fluctuations during the entire flight.
8. Maintenance: Article

scheduled. The only discrepancy reported was pitch and roll
wallow. The correction made was adjustments to the autopilot
on those axes.
