Overseas TV Reins Urged By MATT MESSINA grams beamed overseas, an FCC official has told the i House. The recommendation was made by Tedson Meyer administrative assistant to FCC Chairman Newton :Miaow. Meyers suggested the establish- tnent of an "um, a of interna- tional television" to ensure that such telecasting develop "along lines most beneficial to the foreigyi Policy of the U. S."
