causes, hoping to ride a tidal wave
into ,power before their unwitting
accomplices calm down enough to
realize what is happening. And
even if a coup does not result help-

But riding a mob is like doing
magician's trick-once the crowd
knows 'how it's done it doesn't
want any more. Let's hope the
andbook~ gets lots of publicity in
?i.ot-prone quarters.
