1. Your memorandum of 15 may 1951 requested that the Navy
Department be given the opportunity of having its prospective
attaches briefed by the Central Intelligence Agency when CIA
conducts its briefing for the graduates of the Strategic Intelligence
School.

cipate in this undertaking, the next of which is scheduled for
