Management Development at the Harvard University Graduate School
of Business Administration. This session began January 24, 1965.
Participating in the 16-week program were 61 business
executives, government and military leaders from the United States
and overseas. Each was sponsored by his organization as a middle
manager of high potential. PMD is operationally oriented, designed
to equip middle managers to handle their day-to-day assignments
with a broader perspective and to prepare them to assume increas-
ing responsibility in the' years ahead.
