I being carried out by the CIA in Chile. It emphasizes that in June 1964 Senator ;Jaime Barros asked the Foreign Ministry for a list of the V.S. embassy personnel in't Chile. The item says that "there are 28 consular and diplomatic officials accredited to Chile. They include Frank M. Ravndal, second secretary and Vice ,Consul whom the International Committee for Struggle against Yankee Imperialisa): accuses of being aCIA agent." .It also,says that the names of five other CIA agents, also denounced by the committee, are not on the list. According to the Foreign Ministry, the following U.S..diplomats are in Santiago: Charles Cole, ambassador; Josenh.J. Java. consul general; John P. Robinson, attache and director of the Economic AID Mission; Thomas R. Favell, economic counselor; Robert A. Stevenson, political counselor; Col.,Dan?S. McMillin, military attache; Col. Herbert A.
