Commendations Medal, the Order of the British, Empire, the Medaille do la Re- connaissance-of France and the Order of the Crown of Italy. He 'was born Aug. 8, 1903, a son of Harry and Minerva May, Margetts Ostler. He graduated from LDS Highs School and LDS Business Col- lege. Following schooling het joined his father in the Ostler) Candy Company business. He married Francis Preece in 1921 in the Salt Lako Temple. He is survived by his widow; two. daughters, Mrs. A. B. (Pauline) Blakemore Jr., and Mrs. Marvin' (Lynnae) Emery, Troth Salt Lake City; five grandchildren; three sisters and one brother;, Mrs. George R.
