telligenre Agency, died Thurs-
day after a heart attack at'
Fairfax Hospital.
Born In Roanoke, Ala.,
Prather moved to the Wash-
ington area about 15 years ago
and shortly after joined the
CIA.
He attended Southwestern
Louisiana Institute, was a Ma-
rine veteran of the Korean
War and lived at 2317 Trott
Ave. NW, Vienna, Va.
He leaves his wife, Marilyn;
a son, William ,Jr., and two
daughters, Dianne and Patricia,
all of the home; his mother,
Mrs. King Thomas Prather, of
Roanoke, and a brother, Rob-
crt, of Aikeii, S.C.
Services will be at 9 a.m.
tomorrow at the Money &
King Funeral Home, 171 W.
Maple. , Ave., Vienna. 'Burial will be in Arlington Cemetery.'
