A native of Springfield, he iwas a Northwest Mounted Policeman in Canada before coming to Columbus, where he was an engineer with the Ohio Public Utilities and the Ohio Fuel Gas Co. He was a member of George' Cultic American Legion Post 6 in Springfield; HE IS survived by his wife, Mildred; two sons, Albert B. Seitz III, Washington, D.C., and Robb L. Seitz, Wester. ville; one daughter, Mrs. Ed. :ward L. Ramsey, Ft. Leaven- iworth, Kan.; one sister, Mrs. !Margaret C o t n e r, Chicago, I11., and, four grandchildren.
