Smith, 59, a Central Intelligence Agency official, died Saturday night of a cere- bral hemorrhage at George- town University Hospital. Mr. Smith joined the CIA in 1956. He was an administra- tive official dealing with in- formmation control, the Agency said. CPYRGHT versity he served as a claims adjudicator for the Veterans Administration from -1946 to 1955.
