The Virginia Department of
Agricu]lure will open a manage-
ment development conference
at Hotel Chamberlin at 8:15 to-;
morrow morning.
Richard Underhill, director
of the University of Richmond's;

ter, will be visiting lecturer. The;
approximately 20 participants,
in the conference will include,
