The recent events in the maj ities of south Vietnam are horrib nough. They are. scarcely more a owever, than the less publicize ut more extensive brutalities an I trocities which for several yea e he Government of South Vietn , n the name of anti-Communis , as been committing against 1 eople in the countryside.
