Jorge Gus- tavo Leigh, Is leaving to be- come executive secretary to the Secretary of the Air Force In Chile and will be replaced by Lt. Col. German Stuardo, who has been serv- ing as Assistant Air At- tache. The Assistant Milita- ry Attache, Col. Armando Zuniga, Is also leaving, and his replacement will he Guillermo L. Pena.
