COMINGS AND GOINGS
At the Peruvian Embassy,
Ricardq W. Stubbs, the
First Secretary, will be leav-
ing In July. His replacement
is Igor Valasquez, who has
served as Peruvian Consul In
New York and Philadelphia.
The Assistant Naval At-
tache, Cmdr. Oscar Augusta
Ilareo, is also leaving and
will he replaced by Cmrlr.
Jose Carhalal.
The Chilenx, Embassy's
Air Attache, Col. Jorge Gus-
tavo Leigh, Is leaving to be-
come executive secretary to
the Secretary of the Air
Force In Chile and will be
replaced by Lt. Col. German
Stuardo, who has been serv-
ing as Assistant Air At-
tache. The Assistant Milita-
ry Attache, Col. Armando
Zuniga, Is also leaving, and
his replacement will he
Guillermo L. Pena.
