`Dodd could have said a lot of things
about Ghana's Government, and, about
the man who controls it. President
hkrumah, without risk of informed
challenge. He could have said that
Ghana is_a dictatorship, that the press
is censored and opposition suppressed,;
that its laws for dealing; with political
opposition are eve y' tit as nasty as
South Africa's, that its commercial
policies are socialistic and its, fij ances
in a pie 9.. He could have said that
it has a ~~onality cult centered on;
Nkrumgh'which was equaled only in
Stalin's Rusk, and Trulillo's Domm-I
ian_Republic,' and that it has shown

by its neighbors,
