Senator Lausehe, Democrat of
Ohio, sharply objected today
to the refusal of Senator Ful-
bright, Democrat of Arkansas,
to summon the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee for an im-
-mediate briefing on Cuba.
Senator Lausche made public
a new letter to Senator Ful-
bright, the committee chair-
mari, asserting the subject of
"thi Cuban posture against our
country is of such significance
that information on it ought
not ,to, be de laved for any rea-
sons whatsoever."
The Ohio Democrat, it mem-

Senator Lausche proposed to
Senator Fulbright Tuesday that
the full committee get a com-
plete briefing on Soviet missiles
and military equipment in Cuba
from officials of the State and
Defe me Departments and the
Central Intelligence Agency.
