foreign news story for the
French. paper, which credited
it to France Soir's New York
bureau as well as Reuters and
Agence France Presse, the
semiofficial F r e n c h news
agency.

edition of the New York Times

in part- the revelations of So-
viet defector Michael Golinicw-
ski. It says Goliniewski-turned
