As noted earlier, in conversation and subsequent
correspondence, I am sending you the first distributed
copy of the Supplement to the preliminary draft of my
Intelligence and National Security: A Bibliography
with Selected Annotations (Cambridge, Mass.: Center for
International Affairs, Harvard University, 1967-68),
front-matter + pp. 316-838.
Since all of the material included herein is drawn
from unclassified holdings or footnotes, I doubt that
you will find the listings themselves a serious problem.
When my annotated critique of the literature (the front-
matter) is available in revised form, I'll send along
the first available copy,
The first shipment, being sent by separate, slower
4th Class/Special Handling mail, contains the Supplement
listings of sections 1-7 of my bibliography, pp. 316-365
and pp. 591-643. The remainder will follow when ready.
If additional copies are required, should you wish
to circulate this MS to other offices or agencies, I would
