In Hearing

Department, has asked another
postponement of the hearing
of his case, officials reported
yesterday.
The hearing is set for May
10, but the Department is con-
sidering the request for anoth-
er delay. Otcpka's four pre-
vious requests for postpone-
ment have been granted.
Otepka, through his lawyer,
said he would prefer to appear
before a hearing officer after
his testimony before the Sen-
ate internal security subcom-
