M. Onassis, who recently re- turned from Saudi Arabia, said: "On Jan. 15, the Saudi Arabian Government and the Arabian- jAmerican Oil Company are sup? tposed to name arbitrators who I will meet as committee and study the validi y of the contract which the Saudi Arabian Govern- ment made with me. If .there is no agreement, the difference will be judged by the'Iagu: court." The Arabian-Aierican Oil Com- pany (Aramco) announced in New York Monday that, the ar- bitration clause of its concession accord with Saudi Arabia would be invoked unless a mutually satisfactory agreement could be reached.
