Late yesterday the L.A. district attorney's office is- sued a fugitive complain t charging Bradley with "criminal conspiracy to com- mit murder" in the Kennedy assassination. Los Angeles county sheriff ; Peter Pitchess said that he had been in contact with the attorneys of Bradley, who lives in North Hollywood,; and indicated that Bradley I , would surrender in municipal; court this morning.
