Just about everything OGl?- 0002. does nowadays is secret. Who's OGP-0002? Not a CIA ? operative. Nor even a British secret agent. He's Rep. Otis G. Pike (D., N.YJ. - After looking around 6he Armed Services Committee, of .which he is a ,member, Rep. Pike decided he needed a secret title; such. as OGP-0002, when he ', found so many things secret. SHSSH! After seeing the word "secret" stamped everywi~ere, Rep. Pike d-d a little investigating. He found that during 'the two years of the last Congress tt{e Armed Services Committee ,held 127 meetings, n-ostly secret. Sub-committees -held 239 more meetings, many '.`even more secret." Rep. ,Pike said the only thing he knows about asub-committee concerned with the -CIA is who ` i8-on it. He said he doesn't have to the first page of testimony before his own sub-committee by Army Secretary Stephen Ailes. Ih was stamped in red ink "secret" at the top, "secret" at .. the bottom. ' . HERE IT IS! Rep. Pike revealed the entire ' page ~ "Stephe Ailes ,was born in Romney, ,W~ Va., the son of Eugene E. Ailes and Sally Cornwell Ailes. He spent his boyhood in Scarborough, N.Y.,'! where he attended. the'' Scarborough school . ~ .' ." Rep. Pike says it went on in ' this vein' for a full secretive: pago. "The heart grows faint at- the thought of the incalculable damage which this information ", in the hands of our enemies ', might wreak." I About last week-end, Rep. j Pike's sub-committee went to California "on a s e c r.e t'i mission." But he says, that "the enemy will 'get nothing from? ~.
