The Senator, who serves on a

committee handling funds for
the Central Intelligence Agency,
put it this way:
"Many of our most- valuable
CIA operatives in various coun-
tries throughout the world are
actually high ranking Commu-
I nist party officials."
Young was not available for
elaboration and his office report-
ed he would have no further
comment,to make on the state-
