SUBJECT: Washington Document Center
The letters called for as a result of the conference on above
subject on 8 October have been sent to CIG by ONI and Director of
Intelligence. They give the Navy and Arimj personnel status as of
1 December. ICAPS has these letters and is preparing separate
letters for SecNav and SecWar showing what action is required if
CIG is to take over WDC prior to 1 December.
No further action can be taken by ORE except to keep touch
with the situation.
