Roy Bullock of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, was briefed by ORR on 11 July-1952.' 2. Congressman Rattle, in accordance with our request, has assured us that he tivill safeguard the -fact that he has been briefed by CIA. 3. Mr. Bullock and Mr. Hansen of Mr. Harriman's office (who aided and arranged for the briefing) have informed me of the great appreciation that the Congressman has expressed for his reception here and the complete satisfaction of both of them in the briefing which they received.
