Following for your information are the Divisionts plans on staffing and timing of its overseas operation during.the current fiscal year. These plans are based on the assumption that any discussion that you may have with the covert offices may add administrative problems but will not particularly effect the selection and recruitment of personnel to fill the specified positions. On this basis we are proceeding as of now to implement the plan as out- lined. 25X1A6 25X1A6a The general plan of operation in s to have six2 A8a people, including one secretary, (This one-man increase over o M (22 May) staff study request is based on fuller information from 0 r 25X 1 A9a garding scope and nature of work to be done.) With this staff, we should be able on] 95X1 B4d for operations such as the current 25X1 B4d As indicated below, two of the persons ng considered are now in and are willing '5X1 A6a remain for as much as a year. We anticipate adding at least one more person in about two months, and the other three as soon as they can be recruited and trained, with the hope that they will be avail- 25X1 A6a able in y about the first of the year.
