There are attached copies of a proposed statement of functions for
the four divisions of 0/RR whose work is primarily in the economic field. These
are the divisions whose functions are most different from those of the 0/RS
divisions$ and we would appreciate your comments on this proposed statement
before finalization of statements of functions for all 0/RR divisions.
