tion. In regard to the N's, as the S-irector is well swax ,
requests for these reports come in from a variety of sources but

reference canrot be done by telephone for security reasons In a

the report is prepared and sonetime even after it rias been forwarded
to the T irector. Attempts are being made, r"r-erever possible, to gri.ve
advance information to 0I0. as well as to the other T,;C agencies con-
cerned.
