3. Admiral Biggs responded br oaring that NAPO was glad to be ass itle
assistanse, and that he believed *Very effort should be made to avoid instances
of both MBP0 and CIA /Wag to the same saurus for the same infornatioa, rhillthwr
government or non.gsveramsat. Be advised that M3P0 in connection with the BIB

information.

on the Military Petroloum Advisor, Board. Messrs. lirkpatrick and
this information would he usegal for their guidance. Admiral Diggs was of
spinioa that use of the contacts previously established by OPO in gummed
end iadaetry, plus the colleption servioos 01.4 was prepared to render, would
amours obtaining eapailtiously all informatioa raamired for the BI$ petroleum
program. Be said that as the program ge$ under way M3110 would make full use of
