Dear Mr. & Mrs. Palmer and Karen:
This is to advise that an em- STATINTL
ployee of this Agency, was driving her privately-owne car on
Agency business at the time she was involved in the accident
which occurred at the intersection of North Vernon Street and
North 11th Street, Arlington, Virginia on 12 April 1973.
Accordingly, the Government is assuming whatever responsi-
bility there may be on her behalf because of the accident.
I have enclosed the necessary forms for making a
claim under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Please complete
and return them to my office at your convenience. Also,
please send copies of two -repair estimates on the car.
