Dear Sir:
I am currently taking an American Government course at Brush
High School. In this course , we have to write a rese-:.rch paper
on any topic in the Government. I chose the topic, "Espionage
and Counterespionage"..
I would appreciate any information that your council has
under this subject. Information is especially desired in such
areas as: 1. how such information is gathered, 2. how important
this information is, 3. what methods (both past and present)
are used in gathering- this information, 4. the length of time it
takes to gather such information, 5. the importance of defected
agents from other countries, and 6. what action is taken by the
council.
If there is other information you have that is relevant to
this subject, please send this also.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
David ,a. Weating
