Through recent conversation withi TSO, CIA, I have
learned of the possibility of obtaining U- p otography through
training flight operations within the United States. Such photography
could be used to fill TK holiday areas and would facilitate our
mapping operations.
Accordingly, I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss this matter
with you in detail and hopefully develop arrangements that will result
in obtaining specified U-2 photography supportive to our programs.
The Special Projects Office would be pleased to host such a meeting,
if you so desire.
