The attached proposal is submitted in support of continued effort on subject contract
authorized by referenced message.
Please be advised that all the effort indicated in the attached proposal dated 30 June
has not been scheduled, in accordance with instruction from the Technical Monitor.
Specific tasks, other than those falling into the category of sustaining engineering,
are only undertaken under the direction of the technical monitor and we are advised
that this is due to the current policy of phase-out by the end of the calendar year.
The proposal was originally prepared prior to FY68 and was based on what seemed
necessary to continue support through phase-out.
We hope this will provide the necessary documentation for amendment of subject
contract in order to bring the records up to date:
