1. Research and Development: The Q-445 seat pack has been returned
from LAC for initial testing and is now undergoing chamber testing
to determine servicabilityR. A cursory examination indicates some
minor alterations will be required including our initial request
for a newer and better Oxygen Quick Disconnect.

aggressive training program has been initiated to train these air-
men as soon as possible in all areas.of the Personal Equipment Program.
