The general health of the squadron throughout the month of August
was excellent.
2. There were outpatient visits to the squadron surgeon during the

Hospitalizations I was hospitalized (Quarters)
for one week for lacerations of fingers of his left hand. The in-
jury was accidentally squired in the base hobby shop. //

5, Lovelace physicals on IAC pilots are being reviewed by squadron
commander and surgeon to evaluate physical status and possible im-
provement areas.
6. FAA forms submitted to M. All pilots now current Class II.
7. Military and company personnel have received phyaicsll, physiologic
STATINTL
training, and chamber indoctrination. There were no failures of this
course of instruction. Physicals are now being given by
Group to all TAC personnel. Chamber indoctrination will follow. ?AC
employees attended physiologic training courses given at WRSP-IV.
8. Medical section now fairly well prepared for remote staging. Will
probably be completely prepared by and of September. The only lack
will be in number of required personnel.
