I I of OPPB, I IC, and myself. Preston told us that
for planning purposes, hearings on the community and Agency budgets should
be around 15 September or immediately thereafter. As for funds recovered
from liquidation of various assets, I told Preston that I had discussed his
earlier question with Larry Houston, OGC, particularly with regard to
receipts from Air America and that once we are far enough down the road to
see the dimensions of the returns, we will contact the Committee for guidance.
Preston noted the Committee hoped that one of our suggested alternatives
will be reduction of FY-75 budget request. See Mr. Briggs' Memorandum for STAT
