The enclosed article was sent to me by an acquaintance in California.
I am the first to agree that the publication in which it appeared
is hardly an example of journalistic impartiality. It has an anti
CIA axe to grind. Nevertheless, in view of recent developments
involving that agency there might be something to the article.
Since your Subcommittee may be considering legislation affecting
the CIA, your staff ay want to look into this further. I am
sending an extra cop of the article to the Chairman of the Senate
Armed Services Committee as well.
