There is a chance that an amendment restricting CIA's domestic activities will be offered to the military procurement bill when it comes up for action on the Senate floor and he would like a talking paper from us on this subject for the Chairman's use in the event such an amendment is offered. At his request, met with Jack Ticer, Senate Armed Services Committee staff. He gave me a copy of the page proofs of the Colby confirmation hearings and asked if we would check on several items in the transcript which appeared to be incomplete or required correction.
