I advised Konrad that the Agency has no police powers and turned down her request; however, I told her that we would check our files to be certain we have no pertinent information and would call her back. I told him there is no objection and the same information had been provided to several members of Congress at the time of Clark's visit. Pfaff requested 3.. Met with Don Henderson, Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff, and completed the necessary security documentation on SI, TK and treaty organization. 4. Met with Richard Moose, Senate Foreign Relations ommittee staff, who told me that he had talked to Jack Maury earlier. He and Jim Lowenstein will be available for the requested briefing on Cambodia any time after 2:00 p. rn. Friday. After checking with SAVA, the briefing was scheduled for 3:30 p. m. 11 May 1973, in the Committee staff rooms. 5. 9 I In meeting with Gordon Nease, Senate Armed Services committee tff, jae pressed me for the response to the questions he had posed with ack Maury concerning the Agency involvement in the Ellsberg case.
