She said she was reluctant to call because the letter was written rather immaturely. After a brief discussion, she was going to call their regional office in Oregon to get further STATOTHR information and would call back. The constituent is S-T~ATOTHR Oregon. A check of Security records on was negative. STAT SitATINTL STAT STAT 5. Michelle Sackett, in the office of Representative John Slack, Jr. (D. , W. Va. ), called inquiring as to the status of an application for employment of I checked with Personnel and subsequently called Mr. Sackett and told her that his application was near final processing and he would be receiving notification within the next 2 weeks. I will call her as soon as a decision is made. 6. Called Brad Leonard, Legislative Reference Service, Office of Management and Budget, concerning OMB's request for the Agency's views on the Department of Justice's proposed revision of Title 18 of the U. S. Code which were delivered to OMB later in the day. 7. Informed Ed Braswell, Chief Counsel, Senate Armed Services Committee, of the turn-over in Agency command scheduled for tomorrow.
