Frank Slatinshek, Chief Counsel, House Armed Services Committee, who
said that he had reviewed the response to Representative Leggett's (D. , Calif.)
letter concerning SAT. He suggested that it would be helpful if we could
provide a separate listing for the Chairman of the acquisition cost, capital
investment, sale price and disposition of proceeds. Slatinshek pointed out
that in his opinion our stewardship has been good and we should tell about it
by providing as much detail as is feasible. Lawrence Houston, OGC, has
been advised.
