25X125X1A 4. After talking with Messrs. SB
25X1 A Division, and CI Staff, I contacted Richard Perle, Senate
Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations staff, and advised him of our

I told Perle I would be in touch with him in the next day or two about
his interest in acquiring further information on the international grain
25X1A situation. I also told him that I had made arrangements for him
to be briefed on the use of forces labor in the Soviet Union and would await
a call from him on this.
