I told him that I would check this deletion and be back
in touch with him. Special Assistant for Information
Control, has been advised.
Talked to Wayne Birdsall, Secretary of the commercial
reporting firm of Ward & Paul, and arranged for the secure transcribing and
handling of the transcript of the Director's testimony before Senate Foreign
Relations Committee on Wednesday, 17 January.
3. Talked to Ralph Preston, House Appropriations
Committee staff, who told me that Representative Robert Sikes (D. , Fla. )
is back in the city. He will talk to Sikes as soon as possible during the day
concerning a sensitive building project and will schedule a time for briefing
with him. Mr. Duckett, DD/S&T, has been advised.
