Approved For Release 2006/09/25 : CIA-RDP75B0038OR000200090113-0 Journal - Office of Legislative^olri{eli Wednesday - 28 February 1973 Page 2 3. (Unclassified - JGO) Met with Herb Roback, Staff Director, Legislation and Military Operations Subcommittee of the House Government Operations Committee, in response to his earlier request and showed him the letters from various police jurisdictions and private individuals concerning the Central Intelligence Agency training of police. I also discussed with him the exchange of correspondence between Chairman 25X1C Holifield and the DCI. See Memorandum for the Record. 5. (Secret - JGO) Met with Ralph Preston, House Appropriations Committee staff, who told me that the present Committee schedule is such that he may have difficulty coming out to the Agency next week for a briefing on the Agency budget. He will try to work it out. He suggested also that it would be well if I could check with him later to schedule a meeting with DCI/IC/Comptroller, concerning the intelligence community. I reviewed with Preston the New York Times article on the Soviet aircraft carrier and briefed him on the ICBM and Chinese communications systems. l+Jyp ~ ^ Approved For Release 2006/09/25 CIA-RDP75B0038OR000200090113-0
