Dear Mr. Goggin:
Approval is hereby granted for Mr. Bradley Manson, research
assistant from the staff of the Senate Subcomittee on Antitrust
and Monopoly, to examine records included in Record Group 169
and originated by this Agency or its predecessors.
The approval is based on the understanding that, in reviewing
the records, Mr. Manson will, not take notes but will limit his
action at this time to recording the bibliographic citations of
those documents which he deems pertinent to his investigations.
We reserve the right to review any classified documents for which
this Agency has declassification authority prior to their release.
